The Dominican Republic E-Ticket is the official digital entry-and-departure form used for immigration and customs processing. Every passenger must provide truthful information when entering or leaving the Dominican Republic.
Each traveler must complete the required E-Ticket process for:
- Arrival into the Dominican Republic through POP
- Departure from the Dominican Republic through POP
Travelers should save the generated QR code to their mobile device and keep a screenshot available during airport check-in and travel.
Complete the E-Ticket using the traveler's passport information and confirmed airline itinerary. The flight dates, airline, flight number, confirmation number, length of stay, and personal information will be different for each traveler.
Dominican Republic E-Ticket Instructions
Visit the Official E-Ticket Website
Go to the official Dominican Republic government portal at eticket.migracion.gob.do. Select your preferred language and choose the option to begin a new E-Ticket application.
Always use the official Dominican Republic government website — not a third-party service.
Record the Application Code
After beginning the application, the system may provide an application code.
- Write down the application code immediately.
- Take a screenshot of it.
- Keep it available in case you need to return and finish or review the application.
Enter Personal and Passport Information
Each traveler must enter information exactly as it appears on their passport:
- Full legal name
- Date of birth
- Gender
- Country of birth
- Nationality
- Passport number
- Passport expiration date
- Country of residence
- Email address
- Telephone number
Warning: Names, passport numbers, dates, and other identifying information must match the traveler's passport exactly.

Warning: Do not use another traveler's airline, flight number, confirmation number, travel dates, or number of days. These entries must be specific to each traveler.
Complete Immigration, Customs, and Health Questions
Read every question carefully and answer truthfully. Questions may include:
- Countries recently visited
- Purpose of travel
- Goods being brought into the country
- Currency or monetary instruments
- Agricultural products, food, plants, or animals
- Items that may require a customs declaration
- Health-related travel information
- Other immigration or customs declarations
Review the Application
Before submitting, verify each of the following:
- Passport information is correct.
- Arrival and departure directions are correct.
- POP is selected for the appropriate Dominican Republic airport field.
- Airline and flight numbers match the itinerary.
- Travel dates are correct.
- The lodging address is correct.
- The length of stay is correct.
- All customs and immigration questions were answered truthfully.
Submit and Save the QR Code
After submission:
- Download or display the generated QR code.
- Take a screenshot of the QR code.
- Save the confirmation to your phone.
- Email a backup copy to your personal email address.
